JOB DETAILS:
Worker's Compensation/Healthcare CollectionsOur client, a healthcare provider is seeking Medical/Workers' Compensation Collections Representatives for their facility in Bolingbrook Illinois for a 2-4 month project.
Job Requirement:
- Contact insurance companies, clients and vendors to collect monies owed (Accounts are typically 1-2 yrs. delinquent)
- Minimum of a 2-3 year track record of excellent Workers Compensation/Healthcare collections
- Self-starter, able to work with little supervision, team player, and responsible
- Must demonstrate soft collections technique to collect on outstanding debts
- Must be task oriented and be able to meet collecting goals/metrics
